PURPOSE AND LEGAL REASON FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed within the framework of the following purposes and legal reasons in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and secondary regulations: Based on the legal reason for establishing or performing the contract; personal data is processed for the purposes of completing and managing hotel reservations, carrying out membership transactions and managing the user account and ensuring its security, providing website and mobile application services.

Fulfilling legal obligations as a legal reason, particularly processing online User data in accordance with relevant legislation and responding to information requests from administrative or judicial authorities, carrying out legal processes; User personal data can be processed, transferred and stored for the period stipulated in the legislation to which the Hotel is subject or necessary for the purpose.

Within the scope of the legal reason for establishing, using or protecting a right, the Hotel may process personal data to prove that it has performed lawful transactions and fulfilled its legal obligations in disputes that may arise in the future, and to evaluate and finalize the problems and complaints of the User or third parties. Transfer of Personal Data

Our hotel shares the personal data of the User who made the reservation with the relevant accommodation facility at home or abroad in order to complete and manage the reservations made via the website and mobile application.

In addition, User personal data may be shared with the Hotel's business partners and suppliers from which it receives outsourced services within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. If the User has consented to the processing of personal data for the purposes of carrying out marketing, profiling and advertising activities, it is also possible to transfer data to solution partners carrying out such activities on behalf of our Hotel.

At the same time, our hotel is authorized to transfer personal data abroad within the conditions determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in the KVKK Law, in accordance with the other conditions in the law and after obtaining the explicit consent of the person for this purpose.

Our hotel may collect personal data electronically through call center and e-mail channels, reservation forms, membership registration forms on the website and mobile application, or website live support panel, web analysis tools and cookies within the scope of the services it provides to the User and the data processing purposes specified above. In addition, it also collects personal data in cases where the User contacts our Hotel through other methods and explains it.

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the KVK Law are as follows: Learning whether your personal data is processed or not,

If you submit your requests regarding your rights listed above to our Hotel in accordance with the application procedures stipulated in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, our Hotel will conclude it free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, our Hotel may charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
